Pre-Engineered Electric Engine and Mounting Hardware:

The motor, belt reduction, custom designed motor controller and mounting hardware are all assembled into one compact unit that mounts directly to your existing engine mounting rails. The output shaft is electrically isolated from the drive unit and connects to your existing propeller shaft with a conventional shaft coupling. The mounting hardware is fully adjustable to accommodate nearly any existing mounting arrangement.

Plug and Play wiring:

An important feature of our system is the "plug and play" wiring format. Pre-fabricated interconnect cables link the motor/drive unit with the throttle quadrant and display unit. These are terminated in waterproof plugs for a quick and easy wiring installation. The computerized display can provide batter voltage, current, percent charge, time to discharge and other functions 

Throttle Quadrant:

We provide a ruggedly built throttle quadrant designed for years of dependable use. This is the only control needed to operate the motor. It locks in the neutral position, preventing accidental operation. Simply leave the throttle in neutral with the master power switch “on” while sailing, and get free power through regeneration.

Battery Monitor:

Electric Yacht has designed an electronic battery monitor to provide you with all the information you need to use the system. When the motor is running it will display battery voltage and current. When in neutral, it will display battery voltage, percent charge and amount of current flowing back into your batteries, if regenerating.
