The H-Drive™ Series

The Hybrid Systems: H-Drive™ Sail/Power (WE_Dimension Sheet) ,

A parallel hybrid allows electric operation while retaining the ICE for longer distance motoring and battery charging.  Your electric motor acts as a generator to recharge batteries when motoring with ICE.

The electric motor can save considerable runtime on your diesel engine, saving fuel and maintenance expense.  Because the diesel engine is still available, the electric motor does not need to be sized to provide hull speed.  The electric is perfect for everyday motoring in and out of harbour, anchoring and quiet motor sailing in light air.
